Deposit Conditions

All deposits must be made from a payment account or card held in the name of the registered kf333 account holder. Withdrawal Conditions

General Bonus Rules

Disconnection Policy

kf333 maintains a 99.9% uptime target for its platform. In the event that a player experiences a disconnection during a casino game or live bet, kf333's system will record the last confirmed state of the game at the time of disconnection. Upon reconnection, the player's game session will resume from that last confirmed state. kf333 is not liable for losses resulting from a player's own internet connection issues.

As a registered kf333 player, you agree to comply with the following obligations at all times during the operation of your account. Failure to comply with any of these obligations constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

Either you or kf333 may initiate the closure of a kf333 account, subject to the conditions set out in this section.

Voluntary Closure by the Player

Any active bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure. Account closure does not affect any legal rights or obligations that arose prior to closure.

Self-Exclusion

Suspension or Closure by kf333

kf333 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its reasonable discretion in any of the following circumstances:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The player has provided false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information.
• The player has engaged in, or is reasonably suspected of engaging in, fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• The player is found to be, or is reasonably suspected of being, under 18 years of age.
• The account has been used by an unauthorised third party.
• kf333 is required to do so by applicable law, regulatory requirement, or court order.
• The account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more.

Where an account is closed by kf333 due to a terms breach or fraudulent activity, any balance held in the account may be withheld pending investigation. If the investigation confirms the breach, kf333 reserves the right to forfeit the balance in full. Where the investigation finds no breach, the balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity (no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wager). kf333 will notify the account holder via their registered email address before applying any dormancy policy. A monthly administration fee of ৳100 may be deducted from dormant account balances to cover maintenance costs, to a minimum balance of zero.
